The front desk staff was unfriendly during checkout. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Although the breakfast options were adequate, they lacked variety and hot items.

Pool hours are great.

The indoor pool was a perfect temperature for swimming, and my little ones enjoyed the shallow kiddie pool. Robin from the staff was super friendly and welcoming, making our stay feel special 😊. The picnic area was ideal for our family meals.

Spacious Family Suite with a comfortable atmosphere. Staff offered great service and were very friendly. The nearby golf course is a nice bonus. Check-in was a bit slow, which was frustrating after a long drive.

Perfect family getaway

The warm pool was a hit with the kids, and our king suite was super roomy. Enjoyed hanging out while the kids slept. The picnic area was nice for our lunch, though the breakfast could've had more options. A little pricey for the limited dining, but overall, we made great memories!

The main pool area was absolutely delightful and accessible, making it easy for me and my friends to enjoy a lovely swim, especially after soaking in the sauna. It truly felt like a serene retreat.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty spacious, but the bathroom could use some updating. I liked the good customer service allowing for early check-in. The beds were decent, but I've had comfier mattresses. It was an okay stay overall, but not amazing for the price we paid.

Our stay was fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for us. The indoor swimming pool was sparkling clean and perfect for family fun. We felt so welcomed!

Staying at Paynesville Inn was a pretty good experience overall. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 15, with Peggy even cooking pizza for us one evening. She remembered little details that made our stay better, like providing us with extra towels without having to ask. The rooms were clean, and I loved that I could fill my water bottle at the water cooler free of charge. I appreciate how the breakfast area was tidy and well-stocked, though the breakfast itself was a bit limited in variety with just some bread, cereals, and bagels. I found the mattresses needed replacing. mine was quite old and uncomfortable. It made sleeping a bit tough. Plus, the bathroom could use a deep clean, especially the floors and walls that showed some wear. It’s a nice place overall but definitely has room for improvement in cleanliness and mattress quality.

check-in was a hassle with a cold front desk staff (not what you want! ). the suite was spacious, the complimentary breakfast had delicious options like bagels, and the pool area was clean and well-maintained.
